We went to Ohrid one-day trip organized by Albania Inbound. The guide is very kind, helpful and the way he talks about his country and its history is quite fascinating. This trip makes you think about coming back for a whole journey not just for a one-day trip. Don’t hesitate to join to the boat trip at the end of city tour! You may will be a bit tired at the end of the day, but absolutely RECOMMENDED!

We loved our AlbaniaInbound tour to lake Ohrid from Tirana. Our English-speaking guide, Nolan, was great right from the beginning, giving us a detailed and personal insight into life in Albania as well as setting the scene for the amazing things that we would see throughout the day. What a fabulous trip we had to Albania and North Macedonia with Albania Inbound! It was such a pleasure to work with Henri during the planning stages of our private tour and then we were lucky enough to be with our amazing guide and driver, Dave, for our time in these two wonderful countries! Dave was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and also helped to make the whole experience really fun! His English was great and he was always very punctual. We were so impressed by the variety of things to see in Albania. The natural beauty of the mountains and beaches was stunning. We learned so much about the history of the Balkans and really enjoyed visiting so many interesting castles, Roman ruins, Ottoman towns, and Byzantine churches. Extensive itinerary covering all main attractions and beautiful landscapes from Albanian Alps, rivers, villages, castles down to turquoise waters and beaches. Programme maybe a bit too packed. Would have preferred to do the trip in 12 days and to have more time to stroll around on my own. Our guide/driver Dave was outstanding, friendly and always with a smile despite annoying and stingy fellow travellers in our group. He made my day on every single day of the trip. He was very professional and provided us with information on historical and archaeological sites and shared interesting insights of his family’s personal history. He had excellent driving skills. While admiring the breathtaking scenery, Dave drove the big car through the twisted mountain roads or narrow cobblestone paths in the villages in sunshine, rain and fog. And he loved squeezing the car into the tightest parking spots. I always felt very safe. Likewise for the nature walks as Dave is passionate about hiking. Albania is beautiful and I enjoyed the trip very much.

Excursion d’une journée à Teth et visite du Blue Eye : la route est assez longue et avec beaucoup de virages mais la vue en vaut le coup. Le guide a fait plusieurs arrêts pour prendre des photos. Il faut marcher dans la montagne pendant environ 30 min pour atteindre la source, prévoir de bonnes chaussures. Les paysages sont magnifiques et l’eau très claire. Il est possible de s’y baigner. Au retour, le guide nous avait réservé une table pour manger devant une vue superbe. Au retour arrêt dans le village pour une visite rapide. Merci à Genand pour sa gentillesse et pour cette super excursion ! Notre guide parlait anglais, italien, albanais et même un peu français. Rapport qualité/prix excellent nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Jeffry is amazing. He guided us through the itinerary like a true local, taking us to unique places and restaurants we would have never found on our own. He showed us his country from the heart and answered all my questions with deep knowledge—he is clearly very well-prepared and passionate about history. Beyond that, he is kind, funny, and truly tourist-oriented. He helped us with our luggage, kept everything very well organized, and gave excellent recommendations throughout the trip. The logistics were impeccable, there was flexibility with schedules, and we trusted his guidance completely. He is also incredibly resourceful and calm under pressure—when we had an issue with a flat tire, he handled it quickly and efficiently, making sure everything stayed on track. He even took great photos for us along the way, capturing special moments of the trip. The roads can be challenging at times, but he drove very safely and prudently, which made us feel comfortable and secure throughout the journey. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. He always had a smile on his face, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotels were fantastic and very well located. I highly recommend him for an authentic, smooth, and memorable travel experience.

Hicimos una excursión al lago Ohrid durante el día desde Tirana con Armand y fue increíble! El es un guía estupendo y el camino fue seguro porque el conductor también lo hizo genial. El sitio fue espectacular. El día muy completo. No me quedaría sin ver el monasterio de St. Nail. Sin duda, repetiría. Gracias!

Vrijdag 15/8 hebben we genoten van een super rit naar Blue Eye en Theth. Alle lof voor onze gids Anest. In het juiste tempo en enthousiasme heeft hij ons door deze dag geloodst. Inspirerende verhalen, veel tips (ook voor het vervolg voor onze vakantie in Albanië) kregen we mee Anest bedankt was mooi om jou als gids te hebben👍😃

Aprovecho, Anest, para darte nuevamente las gracias por tu atención, simpatía y por todas las horas de conducción que has tenido que hacer para que nosotros podamos disfrutar de la excursión. Hicimos una excursión fantástica al Blue Eye y al pueblo de Theth. El paisaje, las vistas y el caminito por los Alpes Albaneses fue muy bonito e interesante. Además, Anest supo cuidar de nosotros durante toda la excursión y explicarnos todas las historias, anécdotas y curiosidades que conocía. Por último, fuimos a comer a un restaurante de comida tradicional y homemade, que estaba realmente bueno!!! En nuestro caso, creemos que vale la pena coger en Civitatis la excursión que incluye el menú almuerzo. (Si no, puedes ir de todos modos a comer al restaurante con todo el grupo y pedirte los platos que más te apetezcan libremente). Lo recomendamos! :))

Wir haben heute eine Tour mit Henri von Tirana nach Nordmazedonien erlebt. Es war eine tolle Tour mit vielen Höhepunkten, einer schönen Bootstour und einem freundlichen Guide. Sehr empfehlenswert!
