Tour of Montenegro: Budva or Kotor Day Tour from Tirana

Begin your journey with a convenient pickup near your accommodation, followed by a relaxing drive toward the Montenegrin border. En route, stop below the historic Rozafa Castle for a brief photo opportunity and take in the views over Shkodra and the surrounding landscape.

After crossing the Muriqan border, enter Montenegro and begin a scenic drive along the stunning Montenegrin Riviera, where dramatic mountains meet the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.

Your first stop of the day will be the charming Sveti Stefan islet, one of the most iconic and photographed locations in the Balkans. The Old Town invites you to wander through narrow cobblestone streets, charming squares, and historic landmarks, including ancient, stone palaces, and impressive city walls that reflect centuries of Venetian influence.

Upon arrival, you will have 3.5 hours of free time to explore Kotor at your own pace, capture stunning photographs, enjoy lunch in one of the atmospheric squares, or simply admire the breathtaking scenery where mountains, sea, and history come together.

Budva Option:

Continue your journey toward Budva, one of Montenegro’s most famous coastal destinations and a perfect blend of history, culture, and seaside charm. Budva is celebrated for its beautiful beaches, vibrant atmosphere, and picturesque Old Town surrounded by ancient stone walls.

Upon arrival, you will have 3.5 hours of free time to explore Budva at your own pace. Wander through the narrow cobblestone streets of the medieval Old Town, discover historic churches and charming squares, enjoy the views from the ancient city walls, or relax at a local café along the waterfront while taking in the stunning Adriatic scenery.

After exploring Montenegro, begin your return journey toward Tirana. Enjoy a comfortable drive back through the scenic landscapes of Montenegro and northern Albania, taking in views of coastal roads, mountains, and picturesque countryside along the way. Upon arrival in Tirana, your journey comes to an end with drop-off at your requested location.
