1. Please note that the day trips will be operated in mixed groups, consisting of travelers from the “Long Weekend in Albania” tour as well as participants from other tours and programs. The itinerary for the day will be identical for all travelers.
2. The final day (Day 4) of your long weekend adventure in Albania will be arranged considering your departure time.
If your flight departs after 18:00 you can join our Bovilla Lake and Gamti mountain hike day trip described below.
If your flight departs before 18:00 you cannot join this trip as you will not have enough time so, please, if you have not booked the flights, consider the logistics. In this situation, you will be given suggestions on how to spend a free half day in Tirana on your own. You will later be picked up and swiftly transported to the airport. If you cannot join the last tour, no refunds will be issued.

A fantastic tour!! We saw and learnt so much in these days, with a real variety of history, culture , food, scenery, beach … and adorable cats & dogs. Our guide Anest was a fountain of knowledge, and explained things very well- he seemed to know everything about everything. Very friendly , and his English was excellent . Hotels were very good. Would highly recommend- so much less stressful than hiring a car. We were a middle- aged couple, and then there were two younger single people in the tour... we all got on very well, so would be a fab trip for single people.

My 4 days in Albania were amazing. It was my first time in the country, and I loved exploring Tirana, Berat and the North. The days were well organized, with plenty of opportunities to see historical sites, enjoy local food, and take in the beautiful scenery. The pace was perfect, not rushed, and I felt I really got to experience the country. Definitely a trip I’ll remember.

I had booked the trip with pickup in Durres. We were picked up and delivered on schedule. Our guide, Nolan, was nice and helpful throughout the trip. He was good in English, and we had a very steady driver. We felt safe and well cared for throughout the trip. The trip is highly recommended. Albania is a hidden gem!
